These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the INNODIGYM website, mobile application, products, accessories, memberships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
In these Terms, “INNODIGYM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RENHE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and, where applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries.
By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing or using our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Please read these Terms, the applicable user manual, safety instructions, and other product documentation in full before assembling or using any INNODIGYM product or accessory (collectively, your “Machine”).
You are responsible for using your Machine safely and in accordance with all applicable instructions, warnings, and safety requirements.
You must not use your Machine for any purpose or in any manner other than as instructed in the applicable manual, safety instructions, or other documentation provided by INNODIGYM.
Only accessories authorized by INNODIGYM may be used with your Machine. Authorized accessories must be attached using the components and methods specified in the applicable manual.
The videos, images, workouts, demonstrations, and other content available through the INNODIGYM App, Website, social media channels, or other online resources are provided for general informational and demonstration purposes only. They do not constitute medical, healthcare, fitness, or professional advice.
Before using your Machine, we recommend that you consult with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding whether the use of the Machine is appropriate for you, particularly if you have any pre-existing injury, illness, medical condition, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information provided through the INNODIGYM App, Website, social media channels, or other online resources.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, unusual discomfort, or any other unexpected or adverse physical symptoms while using your Machine, stop exercising immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.
Misuse or improper use of your Machine may result in serious or permanent injury or property damage. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your Machine.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNODIGYM is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper use, unauthorized modification, or use of the Machine contrary to applicable instructions or warnings.
2. WHO MAY USE THE SERVICES
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law;
- you provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order;
- you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase;
- the payment method you provide is valid and legally available for your use; and
- you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are under the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Persons under 18 years of age should not use INNODIGYM fitness equipment without appropriate adult supervision and in accordance with the applicable safety instructions.
Persons with physical or mental conditions that may affect their ability to safely use the Machine should only use the Machine after obtaining appropriate professional advice and, where appropriate, under qualified supervision.
3. USING THE SERVICES
Certain features of the INNODIGYM App may require you to create an account.
To use certain features of the INNODIGYM App, you may be required to provide information such as your full name, email address, and other information necessary to create and maintain your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and login credentials secure and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must not share your username, password, or other account credentials with another person or allow unauthorized persons to access your account.
You agree not to use the Services:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to violate the rights of another person or entity;
- to distribute viruses, malware, harmful components, or other disabling code;
- to interfere with or impair the operation or security of the Services;
- to obtain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
- to make unauthorized modifications to the Services;
- to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Services except where permitted by applicable law; or
- in any manner inconsistent with these Terms or the applicable product instructions.
4. ORDERING PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, prices, and other information displayed on our Website are accurate and current.
However, product images and videos may be provided for illustrative and demonstration purposes, and actual Products may vary slightly in appearance, configuration, specifications, or accessories.
To purchase Products, you must complete the applicable order process on our Website.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, but we do not guarantee that Products will always be available.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where:
- a Product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- an order cannot be fulfilled for logistical reasons; or
- other circumstances prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund in accordance with applicable law.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges will be displayed during the purchasing process.
Prices may change from time to time before your purchase is completed.
We may offer Products in different currencies depending on your location and the payment options available at checkout.
Payment may be processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other third-party payment providers or financing providers made available through our Website.
Your use of a third-party payment or financing service may also be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies.
You authorize us and/or our applicable payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.
We may offer discount codes, promotional offers, gift cards, or other vouchers (“Vouchers”).
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms:
- Vouchers may be subject to additional conditions;
- only one promotional Voucher may be used per order;
- Vouchers may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without our permission;
- certain Products or promotions may be excluded from Voucher use; and
- Vouchers may expire or be withdrawn where permitted by applicable law.
Discounts generally apply to eligible Product prices only and do not apply to shipping, taxes, or other charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer delivery to eligible locations in the United States and other countries as indicated on our Website.
Shipping fees and available delivery options will be displayed during the purchasing process.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch Products within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, pandemics, telecommunications failures, or other unforeseen events.
If we are unable to ship your order within a promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect a shipment, or other circumstances within your control, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for physical Products are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review our Return Policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable federal or state law.
Membership orders are subject to the applicable membership terms and cancellation policies provided through the INNODIGYM App or Website.
8. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ownership of a Product passes to you upon our receipt of full payment for the Product and any applicable delivery charges.
Risk of loss or damage during shipment will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement.
9. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Certain INNODIGYM Products may be covered by a limited warranty.
Please refer to the applicable INNODIGYM Limited Warranty for information regarding warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and available remedies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. SAFETY AND PRODUCT USE
You are responsible for using the Machine in accordance with all applicable instructions, warnings, and safety requirements.
You must not:
- use the Machine for a purpose for which it was not designed;
- modify or alter the Machine without authorization;
- use unauthorized accessories or attachments;
- use the Machine contrary to the applicable user manual;
- allow unauthorized persons to use the Machine through your App account; or
- continue using the Machine if it appears damaged or unsafe.
If you identify any damage, malfunction, unusual noise, or other safety concern, stop using the Machine and contact INNODIGYM Customer Service.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNODIGYM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or Products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNODIGYM will not be responsible for losses resulting from:
- misuse or improper use of a Product;
- unauthorized modification of a Product;
- use of unauthorized accessories;
- failure to follow product instructions or warnings;
- unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security;
- interruptions or failures caused by third-party service providers; or
- events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNODIGYM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of or relating to:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Products or Services;
- your violation of applicable law; or
- your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
13. ONLINE RESOURCES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Our Website, App, and other online resources may contain information, advertisements, links, products, services, or other content provided by third parties (“Third-Party Content”).
Third-Party Content is not controlled by INNODIGYM unless expressly stated otherwise.
We do not necessarily endorse or sponsor Third-Party Content.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or content of third-party websites, products, or services.
Your use of third-party websites, services, or applications may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, INNODIGYM owns or has the necessary rights to use the intellectual property contained in our Services, including trademarks, logos, graphics, images, videos, text, software, product designs, and other content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our online resources for your personal and non-commercial use.
You must not, without our prior written permission and except where permitted by applicable law:
- reproduce or distribute our content;
- modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software;
- sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit our Services;
- copy or reproduce our trademarks or logos; or
- use our content in a manner that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures of the appropriate courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable law provides consumers with a right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction or provides rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable federal or state law.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies and documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and INNODIGYM regarding your use of the Services and purchase of Products.

- Privacy Policy
- Applicable Product Manuals
- Applicable Membership Terms
If there is a conflict between these Terms and another policy or document, these Terms will control to the extent of the conflict, unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
INNODIGYM will not be responsible for delays or failures in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyber incidents, or failures of third-party service providers.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
