How is the resistance accomplished?
We use motors to provide resistance (electromagnetic force).
What are the 4 training modes for P1 Lite / Lite Plus, P1 Plus and P1 Max?
1. Standard Mode for basic strength training. 2. Eccentric Mode for efficient mass growth and better muscle control. 3. Chain Mode for better endurance. 4. Speed Mode for better explosive power.
Can the device be used without the app?
Yes. There are 4 buttons on the device that adjust the resistance and mode, and switch the resistance on or off.
What is the maximum length of the cable?
The cable length is 11.2 ft (3.4 m).
Does the P1 series have spotter mode?
Unfortunately, the P1 series does not have spotter mode.
Can I attach a 3rd-party long bar or pole?
Yes — any long bar with a carabiner on both ends works with our machines.
Will the machine stay in place if I’m not standing on it while pulling the cables?
For optimal safety, keep your weight on the machine when it’s placed on the floor. This prevents movement or instability and keeps the exercise environment secure.
What is the maximum weight limit the product can withstand?
All P1 Series: 330 lbs (150 kg).

Can the P1 Lite / Lite Plus be mounted on the wall?
Both models can be wall-mounted. The P1 Lite does not come with wall-mount accessories or concealed handles; the P1 Lite Plus includes both.
Any recommended height for wall-mounting the P1 Lite Plus?
There is no standard installation height — it varies with individual preference. Set the height to your own needs for the most comfortable use.
What type of wall can the P1 Lite Plus be safely mounted to?
For optimal stability and safety, mount it on a concrete load-bearing wall.
Do the grips have Bluetooth on/off buttons?
No — but you can purchase the Smart Handles to replace the standard handles.
Does the unit have a rechargeable battery?
The device requires a direct power source — it does not contain a built-in battery.

Yes — the bench is compatible with the whole P1 series.

How do you combine the bench and the machine?

Can I change the units from kg to lbs (metric to imperial)?
Yes — switch units in the app settings.
Does the app integrate with Google Fit, Apple Health or Fitbit?
Our app currently supports Apple Health only.
Can I turn the background music and voice on/off?
Yes — sound can be switched on or off in the app settings.
Will workouts play without internet?
Internet is needed the first time you use the app. After that, no internet is required.

Where are the warehouses located?
We have warehouses in Germany and the United States.

Prices include VAT, but do not include import taxes.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, Europe and the UK. For other destinations, please contact us.
What is the warranty policy?
