The P Series includes P1 Max, P1 Plus, andP1 Lite. Currently, only the P1 Lite supportswall-mounted training, and it can only be installed on solid walls such as concrete.

Standard keeps the load even in both directions. Eccentric loads the lowering phase. Chain gets heavier the further you pull. Speed matches resistance to how fast you move. All four run on every P1 — no hardware difference between tiers.

OMNI X1 Pro does not require a phone app for training and can be used directly on the machine. For first-time use, an internet connection is required to register an account and activate the machine. After activation, basic training functions can still be used offline, including adjusting resistance/weight and switching modes. However, when offline, the display cannot record training data or play training video courses. OMNI X1 Pro is a freestanding machine and does not require wall mounting, drilling, or permanent installation. It is delivered pre-assembled and can be set up by unfolding it and connecting power. Before ordering, please check your ceiling height and training space based on the unfolded dimensions. The unfolded height is about 1900 mm. A universal minimum ceiling height or minimum safety clearance around the machine is not specified. If your space is limited, please send your room dimensions to customerservice@innodigym.com and we will help you confirm whether the machine will fit.

The warranty mainly covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use. Normal wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, or improper handling are generally not covered. If you need to return an order, please submit the return request within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually take about 14 business days. For quality-related issues, INNODIGYM covers the standard shipping costs. These terms also apply to OMNI X1.

If your issue is confirmed to be covered, INNODIGYM may provide replacement parts, repair, unit replacement, or another appropriate solution. Reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty repairs or replacements are covered by INNODIGYM; additional charges may apply in special regions or for issues outside warranty coverage.
